Very nice person, but not very competent. Since she is just an assistant, I think she is not confident enough to determine when biopsy is needed and when not. I had many unnecessary biopsies which of course cost a lot of money out of pocket (depends of your insurance).

Theres never a long wait! They are very professional and thorough ! Much easier than the one i go to at home in Tn! Easy in/out!

I’ve beenHelenTurk's patient for Several years. I am78 years old and had many areas that wanted to have removed. I went to a plastic surgeon to use laser treatments to remove the many dark pigments spots on my face. Lazer was unable to totally remove them I was very disappointed. I went to Hellen who prescribed medication that I used faithfully every say for about 5 months. Today my skin is almost flawless. I can’t believe it’s my face when I look in the mirror. She is professional & very knowledgeable. I get compliments every time I go out. It’s amazing!

Helen Turk is a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable PA. She goes over all procedures and explains what she is doing and why. I have been going to this practice for many years, and have been seeing Helen for three years in the Suntree office. My recent visit was a complete skin look for any cancerous suspicious spots. Courtney does her best to communicate what is happening through the skin check, biopsies, and treatments. As someone with very sensitive skin (natural red head), her calm, reassuring nature helps to lessen some of the nervousness. Also she is very nonjudgmental about the current condition of your skin and focuses on what we can do better now and moving forward

Dr. Ruben Moreno is the best Derm Doc in town. He personally recommended Helen Turk, PA to me. She is very good! I miss Dr. Lee. He was wonderful as well! Dr. Moreno runs a great Clinic and hires only the best people.

For several years now I have had regular exams and treatments at the N US1, Cocoa office of Dr. Moreno. Dr. Moreno's son Anthony is who I depend on for my exams and many of my treatments. He is kind and you can tell he cares about his patients. I have had numerous skin cancers removed and Anthony has been very accurate at his diagnoses and managing my skin probems. This man stands out when comes to treating skin conditions. He is the best!

Very thorough with my 6 month skin checks. Picks up on my very minor skin cancer issues when i've had them. She usually will freeze the area or prescribe Efudex cream. She has also zeroed in on major spots that required an in house surgical procedure by Dr. Moreno to cut it out. Dr. Gluck has a great eye for checking your skin over and highly recommend her.

Had a precancerous growth removed. Everything ran smooth. He was very professional and made you at ease during the procedure.

I scheduled appt with Fla Dermatology & was seen by Jeanette Gluck, P.A. Ms. Gluck is a very pleasant woman, easy to communicate with, and wasted no time to explain her findings and we both agreed on what she wanted to do for me that day. Ms Gluck was gentle on the treatment, and her assistant worked very nicely with her. I highly recommend this Dermatology office and will return again for my 2wk follow-up on the procedure that was performed. The wait time to be called in was about 6min. Very nice check in & check out. Thank you again Ladies!

This office is the best I've ever been to. I have had cancer 4 times , 3 different kinds since age 24, many other health issues, 11 major surgeries, precancers 5 times, etc. I am now 62 and have long lost count of all of the doctors I have seen. Dr. Courtney Tartar is the only Dr I have ever completely trusted with my health. She is very knowledgeable, very professional, yet extremely friendly and has a terrific bedside manner. She truly cares about healing you and treats you like a person not a number. I will NEVER go to any other dermatologist! The office staff are wonderful and the facility is always spotless. If you're not going here you're not going to the right place.

Helen Turk had one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced with a doctor. She made it seem like I was a “big inconvenience” being there that day. Very impersonable!! when I asked a couple of question, she wouldn’t even answer it and said the nurse would answer my questions. I will never go back to this doctor again! I usually use the Cocoa Beach branch and I decided to use Suntree because it’s closer to home. Big mistake! I will start going to Cocoa Beach again from now on. Really disappointing that she didn’t even talk to me or even make an attempt to make me feel imported as a patient on this visit. And the front office staff, especially the lady who checks you out and takes your payment, same way. Very impersonal. Very standoffish. The entire visit made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there— like I’m wasting their time.
